Did your son ski...I have a weird question for you. Did your son skip crawling and go straight to walking? My brother was dyslexic, and he never crawled, and my mom read somewhere that boys who don't crawl often have dyslexia (not the only cause, and only with boys). She never found a doctor to agree with this, but she had my brother get down every night and crawl (we would crawl with him) and he went from a Kindergarten reading level to a 6th grade reading level when he was in the 3rd grade. Also during this time, I don't think he was reading at all. I don't completely understand the story or the methodology, and it's possible that the brain development that naturally occurs at that age made the difference.
